Follow the knight on his quest to find his people at the Frist Art Museum. This campaign was originally posted on the Frist Art Museum’s Instagram account as part of the promotion for the Knights in Armor exhibition, on view at the Frist from July 1 through October 10, 2022.

DAY 1: A brave but confused knight has just arrived in Nashville looking for his people. If you happen to see him wandering around town, please help him find the Frist Art Museum in time for the opening of Knights in Armor on July 1! #FristKnights
DAY 2: Hearing tale of an epic battlefield marked with a sword, the Knight crossed the fabled Bridge of Pedestrians. He was greeted by a furry hero called @titans_trac who gave hints of where the knight might find his people. If you see the knight wandering about town, please help get him to the Frist Art Museum in time for the opening of the Knights in Armor exhibition on July 1. #FristKnights
DAY 3: The quest has led the Knight to @centennialpark on the End of West. While some that saw him were impressed, it was a bit less for a damsel in this dress. If you see the knight wandering #Nashville, please help get him to the Frist Art Museum in time for the opening of the Knights in Armor exhibition on July 1. #FristKnights
DAY 4: Many miles into his journey, the Knight’s armor needed some repair. Hearing legend of a wizard named Jack, he found his way to a mysterious workshop called @thirdmanrecords where he sought heavy metal and a little guidance. Where will our Knight end up next? If you see him wandering #Nashville, please point him towards the Frist Art Museum in time for the opening of Knights in Armor on July 1. #FristKnights
DAY 5: After stopping for a brief rest, the Knight found a familiar foe 🐉 standing in the way of his Quest. If you see this Knight around town, please point him towards the Frist Art Museum in time for the opening of Knights in Armor on July 1. #FristKnights
Day 6: With only days remaining before the opening of Knights in Armor at the @FristArtMuseum, the Knight traversed lower Broadway; renewing his spirits at @robertswesternworld and finding much needed direction from the good people at @visitmusiccity. If you see the Knight wandering about #Nashville, please help him find his home! #FristKnights
DAY 7: After one last stop to cool down at the @grandhyattnashville, the Knight finally found his people! To properly thank the kind folks of #Nashville for helping him on his quest, we will be opening Knights in Armor Thursday, June 30 at noon to members and at 5 p.m. for not-yet-members!! #FristKnights
DAY 8: The Knight finally made it to see Knights in Armor and connected with friends both old and new! With his original Quest completed, another may be waiting right around the corner … literally! #FristKnights
DAY 9: The Knight’s Quest naturally led him into Martin ArtQuest where he discovered amazing art making activities for all ages and a calling to become a volunteer at #TheFrist. You can learn how to volunteer too by visiting FristArtMuseum.org/Volunteer. After all, it is the noble thing to do. #FristKnights
DAY 10: The Knight set out to repay all the kind townspeople who helped him on his quest by bartering his coins for the splendid wares found inside the Frist Art Museum gift shop. #FristKnights
DAY 20: Despite having no resume or #LinkedIn profile, the noble Knight leveraged his chivalry, pluck, and uncanny knowledge of medieval art to score an interview with our Executive Director, Dr. Seth Feman. Please join us in welcoming Sir Marcell to the #FAM and give him a pat on the armor if you happen to see him when you visit #FristKnights before it closes on October 10th.
DAY 40: We’ve really enjoyed having Sir Marcell the Knight on staff over the last few weeks, but like all good things, his favorite exhibition (and work visa) are soon coming to an end. Don’t miss your chance to visit #FristKnights before it closes on October 10th!
DAY 60: With #FristKnights closing one week from today on Monday, October 10, it is sadly time to say goodbye to our resident knight, Sir Marcell.

We’ve had quite the adventure together and wish him well on his next stop. Thank you all for following him on his quest. And thanks to @visitmusiccity @thirdmanrecords @robertswesternworld @wegotransit @titans_trac @titans @grandhyattnashville and all the kind people of #Nashville for helping him along the way.
