Join us for a Friday-night party at the museum celebrating the bold and beautiful works in The Impressionist Revolution, In Her Place, and Sistah Griot! To amplify the spirit of these exhibitions, we’ve partnered with women-owned businesses and imbued the evening with bold accents throughout.
Let the exhibitions inspire your attire for an evening full of art, music, tastings, artful activations, and more!
SEE
- The Impressionist Revolution: Monet to Matisse from the Dallas Museum of Art
- In Her Place: Nashville Artists in the Twenty-First Century

EXPERIENCE
DJ Kenley Shea will keep the energy high all night in the Grand Lobby, mixing classic women’s anthems into her set.
Join us for one or all of our Art Chats starting at 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30 p.m.! Enjoy a thoughtful, fun, and short discussion centered on one artwork in Barbara Bullock, In Her Place, and The Impressionist Revolution. Each chat lasts about 10-20 minutes and invites you to share your own art opinions with fellow guests.
Go on a scavenger hunt for hidden gems in the shows to win a small prize and be entered to win a Frist membership!
Inspired by The Impressionist Revolution, enjoy a string trio performance featuring music by Ravel, Satie, and Debussy, performed by Nashville-based musicians Kameron Myers (violin), Marie Winget (viola), and Nicholas Gold (cello).
