Forty young people from South Inglewood Community Center and Edgehill Center participated in the Frist Art Museum’s education outreach program, Identifying Self, during which they explored issues of personal identity and self-worth.

Using works of art by John Ahearn, Kiki Smith, Cindy Sherman, Lorna Simpson and Sam Taylor-Wood in the exhibition From Twilight to Dawn: Postmodern Art from the UBS Paine Webber Art Collection, participants considered how images could express concepts of identity.
