About the Instructor
Xavier Payne, known professionally as XPayne, is an acclaimed artist and illustrator based in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds a BFA from Watkins College of Art and has made a significant impact with his vibrant, ’90s-inspired works. His art blends Afrofuturism and Black pop art, drawing from cultural and historical themes. In 2022, he was named Best Artist of the Year by the Nashville Scene. XPayne continues to captivate audiences with his bold and imaginative creations.
