Join us for a special immersive sound bath meditation presented by musician and sound practitioner Kayce Laine in our beautiful auditorium.

Sound baths are full-body meditative experiences that invite deep rest and nervous system regulation through crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, and other resonant instruments. This experience will also feature synth bass and live vocals for a rich, enveloping soundscape. Taking place in the final days of winter and timed with the new moon, this sound bath offers a spacious pause between seasons — a moment to slow down, release what’s ready to be shed, and gently plant intentions as we move toward the spring equinox. Participants are invited to rest, reflect, and reconnect as the energy of renewal begins to stir.
