About the Artist
Fish & Wildlife Service is the passion project of Nashville-based guitarist and songwriter Patrick Oakes. The group combines the conventions and forms of rock music, extensive group improvisation and noise making, and lyrics that frequently draw upon nature subjects and imagery. These qualities all come together in a fresh multi-genre experiment in small-ensemble playing and songwriting.
