The Tai Chi Foundation, along with its local affiliate school, Tai Chi Nash, is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich tradition of Yang-style tai chi. Our lineage traces back to the Chen family, with the art passing through Yang Lu-shan and Master Yang Cheng-fu before reaching Grand Master Cheng Man-Ch’ing. Tai Chi Nash continues this legacy by offering high-quality instruction rooted in these time-honored traditions, helping students of all levels experience the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of tai chi.
