Bellissima! The Italian Automotive Renaissance, 1945–1975 presents some of the finest postwar Italian-designed and Italian-built automobiles. Who better to discuss their styling and design nuances, engineering attributes, and famous owners than Winston Goodfellow, prolific author and photographer of everything to do with Italian cars; Robert Cumberford, design editor and critic for Automobile Magazine and Sports Car Market; and Donald Osborne, “Etceterini” expert and star of the featured segment “Assess & Caress with Donald Osborne” on Jay Leno’s Garage. The program will be moderated by Ken Gross, guest curator of Bellissima! and an Italian car authority in his own right.
The panelists provided an insightful discussion with time for audience questions.
Messrs. Cumberford, Goodfellow and Gross are contributors to the fully illlustrated exhibition catalogue published by Skira Rizzoli.
