Join us for this sake tasting and talk hosted by Proper Sake Co.

From 6:00 to 6:30 p.m., join us for an optional social half hour while you sample a selected beer and chat with fellow guests.

At 6:30 p.m., Byron Stithem, founder and CEO of Proper Sake Co., will introduce each sake and give an insider’s look into the world of Japanese rice wine. Each guest will get to sample three different sakes along with some packaged Japanese snacks!
