The Frist loves families! On the second Sunday of each month, join us for family tours, multisensory gallery experiences, and a visit to the Martin ArtQuest Gallery. Enjoy our current exhibitions, including Jeffrey Gibson: The Body Electric, Otobong Nkanga: Gently Basking in Debris, and our newest exhibition opening April 7, Beatrix Potter: Drawn to Nature.

Special activities relating to the Jeffrey Gibson exhibition include:

  • A Family Tour begins at 1:45 p.m. Meet at the Ingram Gallery information desk.
  • A Multisensory Exploration Station is available in the Ingram Gallery from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The Multisensory Exploration Station offers opportunities for visitors of all ages to touch, smell, and listen to materials and objects of varying textures, aromas, and sounds that relate to the Jeffrey Gibson exhibition.
  • The interactive Martin ArtQuest Gallery is open every Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Explore art-making stations relating to the Jeffrey Gibson exhibition.

Hop on down to the Frist—a surprise guest will be visiting from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.!
