But what started out as an experiment to simply try to infuse music back into his life grew into a full-fledged relaunch of his career.\n\nAfter the 2007 release of his debut album Let it Shine, Martino enjoyed a successful and burgeoning career with lots of promise, peaking in the late 2000’s.  Let it Shine garnered Grammy attention upon it’s release, which led to multiple placements in television and movies, including the CW series 90210.  Matt was awarded the DISCovery award by Music Row Publications and the increased exposure within the industry led to more touring and new releases.  while his music career was on the rise, his health was on the decline.  Touring decreased as physical limitations manifested, and by 2012 had all but ceased.\n\nThe recovery was slow, but 2018 saw a legitimate return to writing, recording, and touring, and while momentum built towards a new music career, progress towards a healthy life was realized as well. This year,k Martino will be touring across the United States, both as a solo artist and with a band.\n\n\n DTSTART;TZID=America/Chicago:20190131T180000 DTEND;TZID=America/Chicago:20190131T200000 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
