Summer Camp

The Frist Art Museum will not be offering Summer Art Camp in 2018.

After 16 years, we are excited to announce the renovation of the Martin ArtQuest Gallery, the Frist Art Museum’s interactive space for all ages! This year, our education team will be focusing their efforts on this project, with a grand reopening event scheduled for May 24, 2018.  In addition, we are presenting new educational programming throughout 2018 for families to enjoy.

Special family programming includes story time, family tours, and café and gift shop discounts for children. The Martin ArtQuest® Gallery will be reserved just for family use on these dates.
Last Monday of the Month: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
10:30 a.m. Artful Tales in English, 11:00 a.m. en Español
11:30 a.m. Family Walk-Up Tour
Entire family admitted for the price of one adult admission; free to members

A viewing of Disney’s Hercules to celebrate the exhibition Rome: City and Empire.
March 17, 2:00 p.m.

Homeschool families enjoy special tours, hands-on activities, exhibition connections from our museum educators, and more.
April 30, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
October 29, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Entire family admitted for the price of one adult admission; free to members

Sunday, October 21, 1:00–5:30 p.m.
Art activities, live music, and performances related to the exhibition Paris 1900: City of Entertainment.

The Frist Art Museum’s one-of-a-kind, award-winning interactive gallery is fun for all ages! Our newly renovated space will have a variety of new art-making activities to inspire creativity and conversation.
Upper Level | Monday–Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00–5:30 p.m.
Free to members and 18 and younger; gallery admission required for adults
The Martin ArtQuest Gallery will be under construction through May 23. Visit the Art Studios for art-making fun.
