What is Experiential Learning?
The term “experiential learning” simply means “learning by doing.” The Frist Art Museum Education team invites all participants in our programming to explore, discover, and create art through a variety of opportunities that address learners at all ages. The Experiential Learning program provides a variety of opportunities for high school students, college students, and faculty to grow through hands-on educational experiences and career mentorship. Frist Art Museum staff dedicate thousands of hours per year serving Metro Nashville Public Schools and assisting college interns.
